Tool management optimization

The collaboration with a graduate of the Politecnico di Milano has successfully completed, leading to the definition of a project on tool management optimization, which is still being carried out.

Some of the activities carried out were:

• Reorganization of the Tool Room;

• Wear management;

• Implementation of tool management software (Zoller TMS).
